Trade Aid UK is
based 12 miles South of Salisbury, in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, England.

Situated in the New Forest, Trade Aid UK closely supports a team of volunteers working in Southern Tanzania.

Lord Sharman

Appointed to the Aviva board in January, 2005 and as Chairman in 2006, Colin Sharman became Patron of Trade Aid in 2005.

The generous support of Lord Sharman and Aviva has helped Trade Aid to develop a number of Projects.

Originally trained as a Chemical Engineer and worked in the oil industry for 25 years before setting up his own consultancy. He retired in 2006 when he became a Trustee.

Matthew Maddocks

A qualified physiotherapist, currently undertaking his doctorate at the University of Nottingham. Matthew has visited Mikindani many times since 2001 and became a trustee in 2006.

David Edmonds

David is a Chartered Accountant recently retired from a busy provincial practice based in Winchester.  He is now working with a few clients on their business affairs.

He is married with two adult children now replaced by two dogs!
